My dog has been receiving acupuncture here for over a year. After trying acupuncture at several vets, he showed the least resistance at Passion Vet. Dr Kerrie is skilful and calm, and my dog consistently feels more comfortable with his mild hip dysplasia after each session.Treatments started weekly and were gradually reduced to monthly as his condition improved. There was no pressure to sign packages or buy medication. The nurses are friendly and genuinely caring.When my dog needed his first cone due to paw chewing, the entire staff came out to applaud him to help him accept it. To this day, he loves wearing a cone, something that continues to puzzle our dog's boarder and daycare staff.The passion and dedication of the team truly stand out, well done!

I had a change of vet for my senior cat and i'm glad i did. Thanks to my sister and her cat volunteer friends for recommending Passion Vet. Else i wouldn't even know Caramel is having diabetes or worse wasting my time cos the previous vet was beating around the bush. The prev vet recommended me separate blood test for Caramel when i could have done all that in a day at Passion Vet. Blood test with thyroid test and urinalysis. If it wasn't for Dr Thaz and team at PV i would be stressing myself out about my cat. Caramel also been having constipation issues since he was a baby and Dr Thaz and team helped to really take good care of Caramel while he was hospitalized there. With his diabetes and constipation issues at hand i was ready to let Caramel go because i didn't want to see him suffer. But Dr Thaz, Dr Aidil and all the nurses didn't give up on Caramel. With his insulin and daily fluid therapy i can see Caramel is looking so much better. His fur even looks better than before. Also with his freestyle libre on, i am at ease knowing what his glucose reading is at different times of the day. I made an appointment a month in advance, but a few days before the scheduled surgery, I did not receive any reminder. When I contacted them, they told me there was no appointment in the system, which caused the surgery to be delayed by another month.Also,the staff was not very friendly.The five stars are entirely for doctor Kerrie!

I've been with Passion Veterinary the past 1.5 years for a stray cat. Dr Kerrie Lek is very knowledgeable about her work and passionate about her job. She educates me about the condition of the cat in detail, patiently assesses the cat and explore treatment options with me. She baby talks to my community cat which I love and is tender and loving towards the cat. I lack in veterinary knowledge but not once has she judged me for it but have affirmed me that I am doing enough for the cat. Once, I had to go to the nearest coffee shop to use the bathroom and I left the cat in a carrier outside the clinic as I did not want to occupy the tiny clinic space. When I came back I found my carrier inside the clinic and learnt that it was Dr Kerrie who moved my carrier inside as she was concerned that the cat may get dehydrated from the warm weather. This shows she is proactive and has genuine care for animals.Their prices (esp accupuncture charges) is also one of the most affordable in sg I think.I would 100% recommend Passion Veterinary. I believe my community cat agrees with me. She deserves way more than 5 stars as it is evident that she gives 110% to her job.

We took our 6 month old hamster to see Dr Kerrie on 28 May 2022 for a wound growing on her stomach. Thank you Dr. Kerrie! My senior dog was diagnosed with cataract at a local animal eye specialist, and surgery was recommended. Mine is a senior dog, I was hesitant after my friend's dog which is the same age as mine, didn't wake up from surgery. It broke my heart to even think about it. A colleague recommended Dr. Kerrie, I visited, she prescribed some eye drops for my dog, and I'm amazed at the improvements after a month or so! My dog can now see treats better than before.
